« Alles toll. Man kommt abends an und das Zimmer ist angenehm warm. Herrlich. Einzig, dass die Navi Daten nicht zum Hotel passen ist etwas umständlich. Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. Aber das war wirklich das einzig negative. Ein Parkplatz wird gerade renoviert, aber davon bekommt man nichts mit, sind auch genug vorhanden. Für den...

« A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year. »

« Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe, nous avons obtenu une chambre standard, nous avons alors exigé de changer, aucune chambre de luxe n'était disponible. Le lendemain, après avoir demandé à nouveau, nous avons obtenu la chambre réservée. Nous avons été très déçus du personnel, très désagréable, et du petit déjeuner inhabituel: nous avons eu des salades de poisson, et autres salades à la vinaigrette. « Personnel très accueillant et serviable. L'établissement est situé à plus de 1km du centre ville mais au pied des pistes (télésièges fermés en été). Pas de clim dans les chambres, c'est un peu rude quand il fait très chaud et que les fenêtres ne peuvent que s’entrebâiller. »
