The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room.
