"The internet inside the room never worked!! I need to be close the room’s door. They don’t have amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor, the service was slow, so you needed to wait for hot water, or fruit or the eggs!!! "

"Clean room, friendly-enough staff and an excellent all you can eat breakfast. It's a bit far from Rio City and the beaches - roughly 50 minutes - , but it's perfect if you want some peace and quiet away from the madness of Rio. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again."

"Staff were nice. The safe in our room wasn’t operational, so we called maintenance. They were on break and it took over an hour to come. This was time we wanted to be out enjoying vacation. We had to move the first night because air conditioning stopped working. We had been out having fun and arrived at 1:30am. It was not enjoyable having to pack up and move at 2am. Nothing was said or done about the inconvenience."

"Wow! I stayed at the Hotel Niteroi from 2/12-2/17\. It was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff from the front desk, dining hall, security, cleaning ladies and pool bar were absolutely outstanding. I felt warm, welcomed and safe every step of the way! I truly felt like family. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you for such a great stay"
