Very secured and felt safe. In a very walkable area, many things including metro and tram nearby. Cafe de la lun (or a close name) was our favorite spot! It was right across the street.

The room was nice but the shower had a massive hole with mole around the ceiling, it was a bit concerning. The shower head itself was never front facing, it wouldn’t stay in one spot, always rotating to one side. The front desk was very friendly, but when we would request items like an iron or help with the AC we were greeted with a staff member who wasn’t so nice. The room service was barely done, we still found the bathroom barely cleaned etc. Great place location wise, right in the heart of Karakoy! If you’re not too fussy about things like this then it’s worth the price.

small room, can listen from other rooms. staff was ok to be honest. only breakfast lady not very welcoming. cleaning everyday, but there was fungus, in bathroom and stain was on duvet not up to the mark, Location is ideal, just 5 minutes walk from karakoy istanbul Train or ship. galata tower also few minutes, Thanks to Sabir who helped us. I wouldn't come back really. for the price there are plenty hotels. breakfast was terrible, nothing to eat, really disappointed. I wouldn't recommend

We stayed in the annex . This is about a block and a half from main hotel. Be prepared for a walk to breakfast on a lumpy road. Staff had a great ability to contact you to upsell on products.When responses were required for us they could not find away to contact you. This was evident when we had no wifi for three days and had to walk to front desk and ask whats going on. We asked for an extra chair no reponse either way from staff. The saftey deposit box was not bolted down whats the point ? Anyone can come in take the whole box and your left in the cold.We went away from 1100 to 300 PM got no clean up service not acceptable room should have been cleaned as requested by door sign. Over all the room was okay and in good location. The breakdown with no wifi,lockbox security,room cleaning and poor communication made for a miserable stay would not recommend annex to anyone.

A vey disappointing stay — Several Areas Need Improvement Unfortunately, my stay at Triada Hotel Istanbul was far below what I expected. The biggest concern was the mold in the bathroom, which was unpleasant and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The staff was also disappointing. On several occasions, I found the service to be unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming, which made an already frustrating stay even less enjoyable. The breakfast was another letdown. The selection and quality of the meals were below expectations, with several options being less than desirable. Finally, my room was quite noisy, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. Noise from outside and/or other areas of the hotel was disruptive throughout my stay. Overall, I expected considerably more for the price and reputation of this hotel. The location may be convenient, but cleanliness, hospitality, food quality, and noise control are fundamental aspects of a comfortable hotel stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them for future guests.

Perfect Istanbul Stay

We were sent to another building, but the accomodation was clean, had great air conditioning and perfect for an easy stay. Rooms were spacious and accommodating. Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and most other spots were just a short tram ride away from Karakoy Tram Station.
