Good for the price. Good location. Amazing breakfast but dining room and kitchen too small. No insonorisation between the rooms.

It is not a hotel. It is a rundown apartment rooms. It is a corner street. You have to climb down stairs to go to an able called reception. First I had difficulties finding it as there is another hotel under the same name. There was no light on the corridor on the second floor. I asked for the fix. No fix. The towels were over used and very unhygienic. Breakfast very bad. I payed around 50 dollars per night. The value is something between 10 to 15 dollars.

I was thoroughly impressed by the front desk attendant’s exceptional hospitality. Even with his right arm in a sling due to injury, he graciously offered to assist me with my luggage using his left hand. I declined with thanks, but his gesture spoke volumes.

I like one of the staff members who is very nice Mohamed. I didn’t like the room it was very small also the bathroom not clean enough and not very well organized. In addition to that I asked the staff if the can contact the manager about refund for three days because I stay for one day or give me a voucher for at least for one year due to emergency situation happened that I have to travel back to Marrakech because my mother in law was very sick and she was in hospital and she passed away. The manager said no which it was very sad no customers service or they didn’t not look at the situation at all.

The room was not clean at all, bathroom smells bad, we paid for one room with 3 bed, but one twin bed mattress was the worst, even we notified the front desk they said they would put another mattress but they never did, there was a small fridge on the side but no outlet to plug it, floor was so dirty, I would say the lady who was preparing the breakfast was the best friendly and very hospitable.
