Great location in the heart of the city straight off the main walking street. Delicious breakfast, lovely staff, great spacious traditionally and tastefully decorated.

Nice and clean stay, spacious room, great options in the breakfast buffet. And the area isn’t as noisy as many people think, inspite of the numerous hotels & bars and crowds around. Taksim square, Istiklal street, both are just a short walk from the hotel. The staff are really very cooperative and professional. We reached the hotel in ther early morning, and the people in the reception were kind enough to offer breakfast for that day, allowed us to freshen up in the staff toilet, and also provided the room to us within an hour, with no extra fees.

The property was very nice and clean. The front staff offered to setup ground transport from airport to hotel, which was nice after a 12 hour flight. Hotel staff was always friendly, the room was very clean along with the bathroom. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Hotel was also in a great location as well. Enjoyed my stay

Great hotel location. Rooms are very clean and stuff are super friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended . Only disadvantage is no direct access for car to main entrance to drop and pick bags.

The reception guys were AMAZING!!! In all my years in Travel, the check-in procedures and quality of your reception staff were EXCEPTIONAL and some of the best I've ever experienced, truly!!! Please don't offer your guests the Le Vapeur Bosphorus Dinner Cruise, they are not a good option in terms of operations and service, but we thank you for the compensation afterwards <3
