Everywhere was clean.Staff were very courteous but need training to work less stressful. Breakfast room was almost everyday chaotic with no management for guests seating. Food and fruits were in abundance and floor managers were in panic attack modes. Hammam was clean and the masseuse was excellent. We will definitely use this location for our next stay in Istanbul.

Location is great, all the staff are wonderful especially concierge, breakfast manager and cleaning staff (Aung🙏). We did have a couple of incidents (guests being extremely disrespectful and noisy at night) and feel the situation could have been handled better. We were able to speak to the GM about this and he was very kind, professional and helpful.
