The Air-conditioner wasn’t working in my room the whole time. The breakfast menu was terrible. It was cold and almost finished every time I went there and they wouldn't refill their menu. The cleaners were perfect.

It’s a small place but very clean all staff helpful specially the guy who works at reception Ahmet was very help and speaks good English, transport wise it’s a very good metro buses all on walking distance, clos to shopping mall it’s called star city outlet, if you go there must try green salad restaurant on third floor 👌

Initially i booked for 3 days but i liked the place and extended to 6 days. Its a small clean hotel with friendly staff and resourceful reception. They have daily room service and breakfast is great. There are lots of shopping options and restaurants in walking distance, if your looking for a great and budget friendly hotel, this is that place.

This is a descent 2 or 3 Stars hotel in a small building with limited resources. You will find everything mentioned on their website. Rooms, including beds, showers and floors are clean. Staff is friendly, polite and helpful under your requests. It’s a hotel your wallet can afford.

In general, the hotel was good and the stafff were extremely kind and helpful, but the bed was bad. Also the problem that we faced was the parking, there was no private parking and it was only street parking which was somtimes hard to find.

Nice hotels and Friendly staff :) It's a good hotels. The room is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They recommend us about everything in Istanbul. The location is quite far from shopping areas but it's near the old airport.

I loved how the kind the receptionists were, especially Mr.Hussein aka Ahad, he went above and beyond for us, the hotel is 10 minutes away from the IST airport and also close to other restaurants. The only con would be the sound of planes flying over but other than that I would definetly come again.

Homely convenience on the Ataturk doorstep.
This clean, friendly hotel is only a few minutes away by taxi from Ataturk Airport. The perfect place to stay over if you have a number of hours to kill between international and domestic flights. Very reasonably priced and well appointed for a rest and shower before continuing with your travels. The room was surprisingly fresh and clean. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. I would definetly use them again should the need arise.

Great price, 5mins from airport, clean large room
5mins drive from airport for about £5 in taxi. Great 1 night stay layover and amazing price. Friendly and talented receptionist who is an engineer by education. Good size room and clean. Breakfast eggs and cereal and tea and cakes and fruit juice. For the price and location fully recommend and will use again in future

Was good just since it’s close to the airport you need to expect noise every time plane takeoff .. poor for restaurants around neither shopping centers .. I stayed one night just to be close to airport as I can to get there faster and avoid traffic next day

Starting with the parking really difficult to park as auto park is not suitable for flight times due to closure. Very hard street parking. We were charged 10 TL to park on the street!!! The room was very disappointing very small, the sheet was dirty we asked for new bedding and changed them ourselves. Bath towels really old and warn out.. Bathroom vanity filthy and old, moldy shower. Room TV did not work we were told can't do anything about it. No water bottles at least for drinking!! No tea coffee facilities considering you are far from everywhere. This was one of the worst hotels Iwe have ever seen and definitely will never return.

They were a funny smell in the bathroom, the tower wasn't changed. The bed seems like he was broken. And the staff number was unprofessional.

Even though I checked in about 9 AM I was asked to wait for about half an hour to have the room ready and also offered me a breakfast at check-in I had a midnight flight that day I was very very happy with the service and location is great close to the airport.
