We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sari Konak. The location is great for seeing the sights in Sultanahmet and not far from the tram to get elsewhere. The room was clean and had character and we enjoyed the breakfast. Above all, the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and even lending us a transportation card.

The staff at this hotel is lovely, they will help out however they can to make your stay enjoyable. They were kind enough to tell us which areas/attractions to avoid and which were a good value. They also arrange for taxis which were significantly cheaper than uber and other ride sharing apps. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The location was safe with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Would happily stay again.

Great location - easy access to sites, restaurants, and super market. The staff were welcoming and provided helpful information. The breakfast was really good. Short walking distance to bus stop that comes from the airport, and taxis are available on the street. I will gladly stay here again.

Classic hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet. Staff was welcoming and friendly, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The family suite was spacious and clean, and was perfect for our two night stay in Istanbul. Would recommend to others!

I booked this hotel for its breakfast room served up on its rooftop terrace. When I checked in, I was informed that the rooftop terrace was off-line and breakfast was temporarily relocated into the basement area. The rooftop’s kitchen has been removed, to be replaced. I still went up to the roof terrace each day. The staff could not have been more pleasant and John at the desk was extremely helpful with my logistics on public transit to SAW airport. I understand there’s new ownership making upgrades, so there have been a few bumps along the way, but nothing intentional. And I very much enjoyed patronizing the Selene Senatus restaurant around the corner, with the hotel’s 15% discount postcard; I returned multiple times during my 3-night stay for their friendly hospitality and tasty food. I will be back! The hotel’s location is perfect to walk everywhere.
