Wonderful stay — the staff went above and beyond. They brought our luggage up to the room on arrival, and when we were leaving, they even carried our bags to our next stop. Lovely touches like complimentary water, and the pool is great. Highly recommended.

Location was perfect! Walkable to most tourist sites and easy access to ferry port and tram. Right on the Main Street full of restaurants/shops. The only con is you can hear the outside noise in your room. Everything else is 10/10. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

We had a great 3-night stay at Galata's Hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff is very helpful. The pool was a very welcome amenity for our kids. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

Wonderful two nights solo in September. Excellent location, surrounded by great food vendors. Tram and ferry close by, and a quick walk up the hill or over to the old city. I didn't use the restaurant but I LOVED the pool: warm and calming. Helpful and welcoming staff, (My room was on the 3rd floor; I had no issues with noise.)

The breakfast was delicious and the view was great. Dining on top floor. Enjoyed the hamam bath, pool and a massage on bottom floor of the hotel. Workout room available too. Location is very convenient.

Great hotel. Super helpful and friendly staff. Incredibly clean. The rooftop terrace and dining room have amazing views of the Bophorous. Great breakfast buffet. The pool is gorgeous and the sauna was great. The gym is small but has everything you need. Well located in vibrant Karakoy. Highly recommend.
