Fabulous breakfast in the open air restaurant overlooking the city and sea. Well worth the money. The staff was very attentive to providing plenty of water for my pregnant daughter. The rooms are updated and modern, with lovely air conditioning. The hotel sits high on a hill, so there is always walking uphill at the end of the day.

The hotel was located in an amazing spot, as all the major tourist attractions were within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and breakfast had lots of variety! Arranging an airport shuttle with reception was quick and timely.

The hotel was priced fairly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. A whole variety of options to eat. The Eva Bosphorus hotel overlooking the strait was a very nice atmosphere to dine especially at night.

Clean room but shower not great. Difficult to get into (bathtub with tall walls) and shower head is really a hand held shower. Sub-optimal water pressure. But breakfast was large buffet and rooftop view did not disappoint. Hotel is closer to a 3-star by North American standards.

The Demiray delivers! Whatever their marketing says is correct. Location downtown (walking distance to the metro and most major attractions); views from the terrace are stunning. Staff were very helpful. Transfers were requested and provided. Breakfast was included in our rate, and the breakfast buffet over 9 days had variety every day. Personnel are courteous, knowledgeable about city life, speaking English. The Demiray delivers. I would recommend this establishment for your 5-star stay!

This was my first time ever in Turkey and the staff at Demiray made the experience so amazing! It was raining all week when we were there but the hotel provided free umbrellas to use which was so helpful! The view from the top floor during breakfast was so beautiful, and speaking of breakfast, the food changes everyday but every single item was so delicious and worth trying, especially the soup of the day! Special thanks to the front desk staff for a smooth check in, we were able to get a room earlier than expected and when we checked out, they let us have some turkish coins as souvenirs! We had such a packed schedule that we didn't try the spa/pool but I wish we could've because it looked super nice! The location was great and in the middle of everything, the max walk to get somewhere was 15 minutes. You were also so close to the bridge that you could walk it instead of taking a ferry, which is what we did and got to see the Galata tower just by walking 25 min! I would stay here again if I come back to Istanbul!!

Rooms are very small and there’s no view from the window. Even the rooms for 3 people are small too. The location is really close the main interesting area but it’s very hard to order taxi via the app due to the up height and closed roads. The breakfast menu is very good and spa service is good too. Reception facilities are very small but the staff are very good.
