The Staff was good and helpful. The property is located about 10-12 Walk from Blue Mosque but the way is hilly.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Once we checked in to the room, AC and upstairs was terribly hot. We found that AC doesn’t work. Room wasn’t what it was described and shared images, TV wasn’t working. Its location is not close Sultan Ahmet you need walk 2 uphills and 25 minutes far from it. The managers and receptionist are not polite and you can find a better places near sultan Ahmet and Gulhane. I canceled and found a place the same day for lower price across Gulhane Park. But despite the property didn’t provide AC they did not refund. So if you don’t want to deal with these issue do not rent here. They have a
