The water views at the dock are spectacular, esp. the sunsets. We sat on the dock, reading and watching dolphins, a few baby sharks, and a manatee. Within short walking distances were restaurants and a convenience store. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we would want--including a well stocked kitchen---two ice cream scoops! Key Largo was a really nice central location for us, as we spent time in Biscayne/Everglades NP and also went all the way to Key West. The complex is mostly month-by-month rentals and thus has a more community feel and feels less like a hotel which is very nice. There is also a great pool and bonfire pit right on the water. We have stayed at many places in area.. this was prime location. A minute to founders, a minute to dive boat, a minute to kids clubhouse.. the pool area was clean and lovely to watch sunset. While the condo does not have an ocean view, we are just steps away from the water and my kids were able to fish all day and enjoy the pool as well. The sunsets at Summer Sea Condos were breathtaking! We met a lot of nice people there as well and had a great time.
