Great location, super clean and adorable decor, love how picturesque this place is. The staff is super friendly, breakfast was delish (the maracuya water is so delicious and refreshing) would definitely stay here again :)

Everything was good except no chairs to sit on the room no refrigerator to store some drinks breakfast was 5 at 10 food with no flavor not even salt and pepper location was excellent 8 minutes walking from ferry and about 5 minutes walk to the beach water was beautiful! Don’t buy fruit at beach to expensive $6.60 dollars for one mango plain not even salt and pepper

If you’re headed to Holbox, this is a really a wonderful place to stay. It’s not right on the beach, but it’s located right in the center town in a beautiful locally stylized property just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are clean and the larger rooms are spacious and really pleasant. The pool area in particular is a little paradise. Breakfast was available every morning and the food was delicious, but there were only the same few choices every morning.There were tiny details that could’ve been kept up better, but I know how difficult it is to keep things moving in a busy place in the scorching heat. The staff was incredibly helpful. We had a problem when a large storm came and our room was partially flooded. The staff responded immediately and helped us find a new room. I would totally stay there again.

Room was much smaller than anticipated and the AC unit was in the upstairs loft area so the upstairs bedroom got super cold and the downstairs bedroom was hot. Air did not circulate well. Because our room was in the front of the hotel, the balcony overlooked the busy street. It was extremely noisy and bright from the street lights in the evening. One night the place next door partied and played music all night long on a week night. Location was good and in an easily walkable area. We felt safe and hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was really good but we missed half of them because they wouldn't pack a to-go breakfast when we were leaving early. Other hotels will do that. The workers at breakfast were very nice, however. Also, the room was nice and the air conditioning cold, the mattress was amazing, but there was not a single table or any chairs in the room. We had to play cards on the bed. The towels were nice and big, especially the beach towels. I would not use the pool as there were multiple raccoons around it at night, and we wondered about them pooping and peeing right by the pool. Finally, the hotel was very quiet and in a very convenient location.

Charming property! Really felt like we were part of the town, since we were right in the middle of it! Easy walk to the beach, delicious restaurants all around, great pool & pretty quiet at night.

Location was great! Room was very clean as well as pool. Staff were always friendly and ready to help. Only thing that could be improved is more water filters around the hotel as a few times it would be empty fast but staff were very good at refilling it as soon as we told them. Thanks so much for the stay!

Loved the location. Two blocks from the beach. Nice pool simple breakfast but The chilaquiles were good. One thing I would have liked is if the had mirrors other than the one above the restroom sink. Especially being have to share with my daughter, it made it a bit time consuming. Oh a better shower curtain system, just an idea to protect the wooden door. Everything else was amazing
