I have 1 Bad Knee, 1 Artificial Knee and 2 Bad Shoulders and had to walk up 2 Flights of Stairs with 2 sets of Luggage into a Dormered Room that didn't have enough space to use to use the Bathroom comfortably. Highly responsive by text and a billing error was resolved immediately. Things that made it 4 instead of 5 stars for me. We stayed in the Jordan room on the second floor. No in room tea kettle or coffee maker, so we had to go downstairs for coffee; that wouldn't have been terrible, but that space is one entrance to the very busy breakfast cafe, so don't go downstairs in your undies, lol. Bathroom was huge but almost no counter space for our things. Lighting in the room was sparse and dim. Worst thing is that the Jordan room is directly over the extra table space for the breakfast cafe, so you get all the noise and chatter. The room and private bath in the Jordan room was very clean and cozy. The door code check in system worked perfectly. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our 2 night stay.
