« Room was ok bathroom floor tiles loose,shower curtain way to long,tolet and seat not secured.Sink drained very slow.The place just needs some love. I wanted some place cheaper and that filled the bill. »

« It’s a good stay. Nothing spectacular but the staff (probably the owners) were very sweet and nice. I’m not too picky and I felt safe in the area. There weren’t any disturbances and my room was pretty clean. The place certainly looks rustic if I was to comment on it but if you’re looking just for a bed and shower it’s great. They had good but loud AC, a Roku TV, mini fridge, and a microwave. If I travel to Des Moines again by myself, I’ll probably stop here again as the price was good »

« The place is very run down.. Only a couple of lights worked in the room and the sink took 2 days to drain.. there was trash everywhere inside and out.. walking to the room there were pills on the floor..the place smelled like a marijuana dispensary on a free day.. the security door lock was tore out so no safety.. pool was not working even though I had called to verify that they had a working pool.. it had been out of service for a long time and they had no idea when they would be getting it...
