Welcome in Inverness ! If you are ready for adventure we have very unique place for you. This is 30 ft Rv located in our garden with patio surrounded by beautiful Camilla’s and queens tree. Very private, perfect for couples,families with children or friends . There’s bedroom with queen size bed, in living room area sofa and table also kitchen area with stove , sink and fridge.Bathroom with small tub and shower. You may fit 4 , 5 people stretch with small kids. We love dogs here and we own a few so you may see them sometimes to say hello. They are very friendly. The dogs are Ok here..$ 50 fee per one dog , $ 75 fee per two . Please make a payment before arrival. Thank you Sorry no cats. SINGLE NIGHTS OK!! Complimentary we offer fresh eggs from our hens ,coffee,tea,cream and chocolate! We have additional rentals on the same property if you have an extra friends or family please let me know . It is in a great location in Inverness for exploring Pt Reyes and we stayed for three nights. As it is a travel trailer, I would think it would be tight for more than a couple or perhaps a child that sleeps on the sofa bed, but I would think any more than that and it will get really crowded with suitcases. Plus storage is always an issue in a trailer, however we used the sofa for suitcases and it worked great for the two of us. The price point is as good as you'll find in the area and having the ability to cook your own meals is a huge bonus. The hot water tank is small - as expected for a trailer - so need to time showers and be quick but otherwise it was a great stay. Fresh eggs and coffee/cream was a nice touch. Nice firepit as well although we did not use it as we spent all day out hiking and by the time we got back and ate it was bed time. TV with satellite service plus the wifi worked great. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. ##### John D. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom had running water with a flushing toilet. The only con is the shower ran out of hot water midway when I still had shampoo and soap on me. It was clean and conveniently located to the location of our family wedding and reception. Everything was provided such as coffee, cream , fresh eggs and tea.
