Located on a quiet lane off the A96\. Stayed on arrival and before departure. The guest house has two very comfortable rooms, both with private bathroom. Everything you would need during your stay is provided, including hairdryer. A lovely continental breakfast is included but a full Scottish breakfast is available on request for an extra charge. But we were thinking it was closer to Inverness. That was our own fault I suppose since we looked it up. It was not close enough to "run into town for dinner." The location is peaceful but far from a town. It reminded me of midwest US with farms and wheatfields surrounding. The closest town was Nairn where we found a good place to eat dinner. The directions could have been more precise. Broomlea advertises as breakfast included but as it turned out, that does not extend to a cooked breakfast, which is £8 extra. Should have been declared up front... Otherwise, comfortable, clean and very quiet.
