« Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean and the twin beds very comfortable. The room itself was the smallest in the house but we found it more than adequate and were very happy with the space. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. « This property is beautiful and very handy if you are going to an event at the assembly rooms (which we were) Staff were lovely. When we arrived there were no free parking spaces, so one of the staff moved their own car for us. The cottage is spotless, the beds super comfy, and we had a little outdoor spot of our own adjacent to the pubs beer garden. It really is a gem. When I booked it was for a twin and a double - I should have checked this before we arrived as it was actually two doubles. I...

« Un hébergement qui vous plonge dans le cadre typique anglais des 80's. Petit hôtel familial bien équipé pour qui ne rêve pas de 5 étoiles. Autonomie nécessaire mais tranquillité et sympathie garantie. Bonne position dans la ville, 5 min centre max. J'aimerais y retourner a la belle saison. En travaux, devrait être encore mieux bientôt. Allergiques a la moquette s'abstenir. »

« Access worked well via code communicated via email. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Small bathroom with nice rainfall shower. Location was ideal sitting at the bottom of Steep Hill between shops and historic Lincoln (castle/cathedral). »

« The place was cute, and the neighbor was very kind, he came out to talk to us when we were trying to figure out parking the first night. The drive isn’t big enough for any car larger than a Mini, but there’s ample space for parking on the curb. The only real downside was the amount of bugs within the property. Any corner that was looked at held spiders of considerable size. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s as sensitive to those things as I am. We sat on the back porch the first night...
