Der mit Glas abgetrennte Balkonbereich ist in der Sonne wirklich wunderschön aber natürlich tatsächlich etwas kühl wenns dann draußen kälter wird. Auch toll ist die Möglichkeit der Saunabenutzung. Die Lage in Axams ist super praktisch, da man in der Nähe sehr viel unternehmen kann. Sehr hundefreundlich. Das Haus liegt in einer Bebauung und ist von anderen Häusern aus einsichtig, das war ein Nachtteil. Aussedem wäre ein Informationsordner mit Details zur Umgebung, Mülltrennung u.a. wertvoll gewesen. Aber was nicht ist kann ja noch werden. Ansonsten wirklich top, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ##### Sandra H. Super Ausstattung! WLAN etwas lahm. Ich fand es etwas staubig in der Wohnung und in den Schränken; ein Zimmer wirkte durch die Babymöbel zugestellt. Vermieter und die im Haus lebende Mutter sind total nett. Hunde sind willkommen und nicht nur geduldet! Die Wohnung ist zentral im Ort gelegen, zu Bushaltestelle mit kostenlosem Bus nach Innsbruck, Apotheke, Supermarkt 3 Min. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Tolle Extras: Die Sauna im Keller, der große Balkon, der Winter/Sommergarten, der zum Balkon führt, das tolle Alpenpanorama aus nahezu allen Fenstern und der wohltuende Zirbenholzduft! Das kleine externe WC ist etwas frisch, da das ca. 1qm große Räumchen keine Heizung hat, hier würde ein Heizlüfter helfen. Der Küchentisch wackelt sehr.
