Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

It is located near the laundry room and features a King-sized Bed, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, built-in cabinets with wardrobe space, and private courtyard access. This property also features parking for 3, which includes 3 in the driveway, and no street parking or garage.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111\. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations quickly.

#### I'd pass on this one

Pool was green and walls had alot if algae, and since my stay started Fruday of Memorial Day weekend, That really sucked!The air-conditioning doesn't work properly. The washer and dryer broke the first day. Communication with Abril the host or anyone from Vacanza Stays was pretty much non existent, and I just gave up on it. I would not stay here again.

#### Ok stay - house could be better maintained 

We had a good stay, but this house could be better maintained. Let's start with the positives - great layout of bedrooms & bathrooms - there was plenty of room for 3 families with kids; the beds were comfortable; the kids loved the waterslide going into the pool; outdoor TV was a plus; neighborhood is great. The negatives - the pool was cloudy when we got there (didn't seem like it was filtering well) and while we asked the host about it and sent pictures, we didn't receive a response; the kitchen is not well stocked with some of the basic kitchen items (serving dishes, kitchen gadgets, dish towels etc.); the dryer door was held on by duct tape and the door kept popping open so we were unable to dry our clothes ; some of the showers had issues with the hot water and couldn't adjust faucets well ; house has a lot of wear and tear that you can't tell from the pictures. Overall, these things didn't significantly impact our stay, but it would have been nice to get the pool taken care of while we were there.

#### Dirty & rundown 

This was our second time staying at this particular property in the past few years and will definitely be our last. Upon entering the house we could see hair and dirt in the corners of the floor. There was a dirty q-tip in a hallway corner and crusted food on the floor. The cleaner was still there when we arrived holding the dryer door closed, as it was broken. I only saw a broom. The floors had clearly not been vacuumed or mopped. The kitchen cabinets had not been wiped down. There was a bottle of bbq sauce at the outside grill area from the previous renter. The master-bath toilet was broken and would not flush. The bedding was actually gross. No mattress pad covers. Dingy linens and pillows. Our second week at the house the pool had turned a weird green color. There are random tiles spread on the ground behind a sitting area. (They were there the first time we stayed a couple years ago.) The decorative greens behind the pool table are falling off and need to be replaced. There were only two kitchen towels to use. The dishwasher had not been emptied. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid to stay here.

#### Desert getaway 

We loved the backyard at this property. The pool and hot tub were great. There was a lot of outdoor space for our group of ten. The outside table in the shade was another bonus for us, we ate most of our meals out there. The house had plenty of room for our large group. It was very clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic week and loved the home along with all of the fantastic outdoor activities. Communication with property management went smoothly and they fixed all issues, including the outdoor bbq and had a new one delivered. Thank you.

#### House needs better care

House is as advertised, big spacious house with fun activities and toys. However, we found several issues with the house that disappointed us such as non-working kitchen, bbq, hot water and TV/internet. All these items should have been in good working order. The front burners on the stove do not work, as well as the BBQ outside. The guest bath room did not have hot water so 6 guests had to share one shower. No coffee pot. TV and internet disconnect often and you have to wait 5+ minutes for re-connection. Difficult since we had a guest who had to work and his calls kept disconnecting. We shared these items with management. They apologized and said they would talked with owner about our request for some fair compensation, but after a week of no replies, we were ignored.

#### Great backyard for families

This was a wonderful house for 10 family members, 4 years to 74 years. Rooms for all 4 families, we never felt crowded. The backyard, as pictured, kept the kids so busy we rarely left the house. Good communication with the rental company, they promptly took care of a minor problem after checking in.

I am happy with the stay. I would give it between a 4 and a 5 because there were three things I was a little frustrated with. Not huge things though. I would like locks on at least the two master bedroom doors. I understand the rooms with multiple beds having locks could be problematic. But being able to lock the two other rooms would be good. The other thing is some of the house supplies were a little short. Forks, spoons, cups. We probably should have brought some good plastic ware to solve that problem. The last item, which is probably clear enough, is the pool heat included is not really included. 78 degrees is really not warm enough for my kids to play around in. I could be wrong and some people may be happy with 78 degrees. We'd prefer closer to 84 but lived with it at 81 for the extra cost. With all that being said. When I had questions the management team helped me right away (figure out the hot tub features) The house was clean and comfortable and we hardly left the back yard. It was a lot of Fun. Thank you

House was exactly as pictured. Very nice amenities. Pool and spa were enjoyed by all. Inside was very clean but out side patio furniture required wiping down before using. Recommend refurbishing the putting green asap. It was too worn for real enjoyment. Too light bulbs required replacement but service was very prompt. We would consider again for next year and would recommend it to others.

#### Perfect family vacation home

The property looks just like the photos. It is an excellent home to share with a large group. We had 9 people total, all extended family, and we felt comfortable in this size of a house. The games like ping pong and shuffleboard were fun, and the waterslide was a great surprise. The staff is extremely attentive via text message/phone. The tea kettle wasn't working and they dropped a new one off before I even had a chance to respond to their text!

#### Bachelorette Party

We stayed at this house with 11 girls. All but 2 of us were able to sleep in our own bed! The house was beautiful and the pool and outdoor activities were perfect for the bachelorette party. My only complaint was the misters weren’t working. I would definitely stay here again.
