Gameroom has something for everyone: table tennis, hockey table, to billiards & foosball table. Dining table convertible to full poker set with whiskey decanter & proper glassware. \*\*Minimum Rental age is 21\. Bedroom layout: Bedroom 1: 1 Cal king Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 2 full beds Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Please note, the two “sofa beds” are rollaway beds (airbnb filter does not have a tab for rollaway beds yet), it is there for your convenience, if needed. They are located in the closet. It is nice memory foam mattresses. Perfect for children or extra guests/traveling groups. NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. \*\*Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. \*\*Pool Service is Tuesday and Friday. PETS: We are pet friendly There is a $200 per pet deposit. We retain $50 for your 1st pets stay and $25 for each additional pet us to 3\. We will return the balance after departure and after cleaning has taken place, barring there are no damages or uncleanliness due to pets. Please clean up all pet waste. Please refrain from pets in the pool and/or on furniture. CHECKOUT DUTIES: If you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
