Esmeralda Estate! This 6 bedroom, (includes attached casita) 5 bath home is walking distance to the Empire Polo Grounds, Home to Coachella and Stagecoach and has a private pool and spa, putting green, built-in BBQ, and fire pit! Sleeps 16! There is a required Rental Agreement and Pool Waiver that will be emailed to you via docusign. THIS MUST BE SIGNED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING* Parking for 5 cars.

Six friends stayed in this house and loved every minute of it. The home is very comfortable with lots of room, the beds are great, the amenities perfect and the hot tub provided a great end of day experience. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Girls trip 2025

We love this house, 16 sober women, relaxing and just peaceful sharing our strengths and hope with each other second summer for our group and will definitely be back next year adding an extra day to our wonderful weekend!!

Easy check in but initial minor fixes were needed ie. couple bathroom lights flickering, one bathroom had puddle around toilet, and leftover food in refrigerator from previous stay. Rooms were clean and house overall was clean.

Great stay in the desert

The house accommodated our nine family members that stayed. The pool was comfortable and a great size. There were a few issues during our stay however, they were taken care of in a timely manner. Overall it was a great time in a great house.

Family vacation

Our family (7 adults and three kids)gets together for two weeks, once a year, in Palm Desert area. This home in Indio was ideal - enough bedrooms, bathrooms for all, large living space, fully equipped kitchen, bbq, and eating area for 14.Lunches were eaten outdoors at the huge table. Most of the day was spent outside in the beautiful pool and hot tub.The yard is shaded which we all appreciated with a few couches in the sun. The hammock was a big hit! There were pool toys that were enjoyed by all! Communication between the host and us was immediate. We walked in the gated community..We look forward to returning next year!

The Perfect Holiday Gathering Spot

The property was a perfect pick for our family holiday reunion. With great spaces for entertaining, both inside and out, we created lasting memories for the entire family. The outdoor space, in particular, was amazing. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet.

Wonderful home

We had 5 couples-all age 70+. The home was perfect for our group. Everyone had a bedroom and bathroom. One bedroom with 2 queen beds was not even used. We loved the pool, and absolutely LOVED having the ice machine located outside the kitchen door. The only thing that would have been a nice item to have would be a hose to hose off the outdoor furniture. With all the wind in the area, the outdoor furniture was very dusty. Otherwise, the big pantry was awesome, the refrigerator, stove, ovens, and cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware were ample. We did not use the outdoor grill as we played a lot of golf with lunches or dinners out. The large dining table would hold 12 guests, then there is the large island for seating or cooking prep. A Keurig and regular coffee pot were awesome. There was even an instapot, which we did not use, but is good to know it is available. All of the showers had instant hot water, which was appreciated. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer came in hand. Parking is a little tight-2 cars in the garage and 3 in the driveway, but pretty narrow.. We are talking about renting again next year for our annual golf outing.

Long Weekend Getaway

We were attending the wedding of a dear friend at LaQuinta, so this house worked perfectly for all of us. My adult children, their spouses, my parents and our grandchildren. The house was lovely, well stocked, and the background felt very resort like. It made our 3 days of coming and going for wedding obligations very comfortable and enjoyable.

Great Rental

We spent a week in the desert over Thanksgiving, and this property was great for our group of 16 (8 adults, 8 kids). The location is a bit out of the way if you're looking to do touristy things in Palm Springs, but we love this area for family time. The outdoor space was lovely, the house was well equipped and the owner was very responsive. The property looks just like the photos and there is a little bonus room/walk in closet in the master that was tucked away and perfect for napping the littlest one in our group. The house is in a gated neighborhood and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay with all of our kids and grandkids. The house was large enough that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We used the pool everyday and had a lot of fun. Close to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this property. Susan was great! I had a few questions and she responded right away.

Another Spectacular Summer Vacation

Our large family had our yearly vacation for the second time here. The house is large, clean and comfortable. The family is already looking forward to next year. Our host Susan was very nice and always quick to respond to all our questions.

We had a great time, bigger than expected

I was pleasantly surprised that the home was bigger than I had expected including the backyard and pool. I noticed when putting up decorations that there was a lot of dust and dirt but didn’t mind too much. There were binders with instructions on how to work things but some were outdated and difficult to follow and I had to reach out to the host for more information. The living room TV remote was no where to be found which was frustrating, we were not able to watch a movie together as planned. Other than that the stay was nice. There were a lot of expectations as far as the group cleaning up, taking out all the trashes etc but of course still paid a cleaning fee. Overall it was nice, I would stay there again.

Ladies tennis and hiking weekend.

7 girlfriends stayed here for several days and really liked our stay. The house had ample room and sleeping areas for all of us and the outdoor area had everything you could want to play or relax. We really enjoyed to space. Would definitely recommend it!

Great House!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. So spacious and comfortable for our group of 12. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed walks around the lovely neighborhood and laying around the pool. Plenty of seating for all, and the fire pit is awesome. We would love to come back.
