### Bermuda Dunes Weekend Escape

A spectacular 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home situated on an oversized corner lot of a quiet street! Property is located within minutes to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, golf courses and much more! This home has it all: Private Pool and Spa, BBQ, Pool Table, Foosball, Shuffle Board, Connect 4, Axe Throwing, Corn Hole and an Arcade Game - PacMan.  
This is a great place to come and relax with lots seating and entertainment inside and outside.  The home has a gameroom and is big enough to not have to go anywhere else and is also really close to other big attractions. The Living Desert Zoo, Knott's Water Park, Cabazon, Morongo Casino, music festivals, great restaurants, community parks, etc are also within minutes of our home.  
  
The home is newly renovated and redecorated with indoor/outdoor living in mind. The space is bright and inviting with a feeling of with games and amenities to keep people of all ages having fun while staying at this lovely home.  
Although this is a new listing we manage 80+ rental properties and have over 3500 reviews and 4.85+ rating.  We have four properties in this neighbor that are a 2 min walk from this property and a fifth property that is a 2 min. drive/10 min walk.

Room 1: King and Sofa Bed  
Room 2: Two Queen Beds  
Room 3: One Queen Bed and One Bunk Bed  
  
\*\*Air mattresses are also available upon request, prior to check in.\*\*  
  
POOL|SPA:  
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)  
Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.  
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.  
Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.  
\*\*Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.  
  
  
PETS:  
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.  
  
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:  
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.  
  
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.  
  
RULES:  
NO amplified music (should be cell phone or laptop level) excessive noise or music will not be tolerated willl not be tolerated.  
QUIET HOURS after 10 PM (no music and minimal human noise)  
  
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:  
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

Cameras: Front Driveway Side Yard Pool Equipment area Backyard - Pointing to the back corner where the bar is. Cameras are only check if there is an incident, concerns or our noise sensors go off.  Noise sensor inside and outdoors are required by the County; they monitor noise level (decibels) only and do not record.  
SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL  
CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ("Waiver &  
Release")  
In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool"), you  
Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver,  
And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or  
Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees  
And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users") might  
Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities  
Connected with and associated with the pool.  
I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of  
The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its  
Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and  
Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right  
To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person  
to comply with the Pool rules.  
WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS  
INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE:  
PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH.  
I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY  
In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily  
Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to:  
ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of,  
Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users'  
Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been  
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord;

BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR  
DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain  
while using the pool, even though such injury, damage,  
loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of  
the Landlord;  
INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any  
And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs,  
Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or  
The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such  
Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been  
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord.  
a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and  
forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of  
action that I may have or have had, whether past,  
present or future, whether known or unknown, and,  
whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising  
out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool;  
b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver  
of any and all actions or causes of action against  
Landlord;  
c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or  
wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may  
suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or  
omissions of others;  
d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming  
full responsibility for any and all risk of death or  
or personal injury or property damage suffered by me  
and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and  
e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal  
representatives, my assigns, my children and any  
Guardian ad litem for said children.  
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT  
I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this  
Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and  
language in it. I further understand that this waiver &  
Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and  
Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i  
agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder  
of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force  
and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal  
proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State  
of California.  
I have read and fully understand the above important  
information, the potential dangers incidental to using  
the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and  
Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose  
to use the Pool.
