Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants. It is a fairly clean hotel. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was quite rude. They changed our reservation to a room with one bed when we paid extra to book a 2 queen bed suite. Three people in one bed will not work. When asking for a pull out bed, the front desk woman stomped off huffing and puffing. She came back and shoved a pillow and blanket at us. I asked for an additional blanket and pillow and she stomped off again with an attitude. The hotel was overbooked and the staff was overwhelmed. Clearly this hotel needs to have an adult present during the late evenings when they are overbooked as the front desk staff was young and engaged in unprofessional and inappropriate behavior.
The Hyatt Place is located in the Fishers District with lots of great dining options that you can walk to. Also close to the interstate for easy access

Hi there Stacy,We all appreciate you for taking the time to leave us a positive review and are more than happy how you had a great time and enjoyed our amenities. Have a wonderful day!
The hotel was clean and staff was professional. Check-in was smooth. The only thing I didn't like was when I ran the shower the bathtub filled up with water so I was standing in dirty water. I even checked the pull up stopper to ensure it was up to drain.
The main thing for us was a very nice pool that was open. At first there were no towels, but before we left the pool there were lots of heavy towels.
The second thing was the great breakfast.
Other than those two, everything was very good. We will look to stay there again on our next visit. Thanks!
Hyatt Place Indianapolis / Fishers is a very modern hotel with a neat design. We found the hotel to be very clean. Unfortunately, the power blinds were not working. We called for assistance and we were told someone would be up as soon as the shift change took place. No one showed up and we had to deal with the blinds being open for the night. It was frustrating because the area around the hotel is very well lit up at night. I tried to speak with a manager the next morning about the concern, but I was told there was no manager on duty. I called the next business day and was again told there was no manager on duty. This is a beautiful hotel, but the service was subpar.
Arrived New Years Eve,Stayed for one night, check in was smooth, staff was helpful. Top Golf was across the road,Castleton Mall 10mins away,Lucas Oil Stadium 20mins away, we played tge Raiders, my Colts won. Plenty of options for dinning & lounging literally a walk across the parking lot. Only knock at night parking for hotel, because the businesses are so close.
All staff were super helpful and friendly.
Great location. Close to so many amenities, restaurants, and recreation opportunities. Clean, comfortable, up to date hotel. Free breakfast buffet was well stocked, with more variety and better quality than most hotels that offer this service. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel was conveniently located near my family’s home. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was quite good.
