We really appreciated Evette, our hostess-waitress at the full service dining in this hotel. She was so attentive to detail. It made each of our 3 days for breakfasts a pleasure!

The late night staff didn’t know where a restaurant might be open after 11 pm. Would not accept my IHG Rewards number because i booked thru Expedia. Had no flexibility in chech out hour, which i understand but after flying into Indianapolis from California there is a 3 hour time differential so the hotel's checkout of noon is the same as 9 am for me. About the IHG, the Holliday Inn in San Diego was happy to accept my IHG number last night. Guess they have a more positive businees model. Please reply.

Very clean and nice hotel. We only got to stay here on night because we also had reservations downtown for an event. The staff was friendly. The property was clean. Had a nice restaurant and bar in house. The room was very clean. No complaints. Definitely stay here again if needed.
