Recent additions and upgrades have made the kitchen probably second tune on in the marketplace with supplies for cooking just about anything including an air fryer, crockpots and just about every type of chafing pan, baking pan, etc. The granite clad premium kitchen can be the fuel center for your group's adventure while the three full baths and comfortably appointed suites allow you to relax and enjoy the blazing internet/wifi with bandwidth for all. The space An open feel of this premium kitchen gives way to the open design of the great room where drinks will be spilled, appetites indulged while leading to laughter expelled. The fun layout of the open living/dining room space creates sweet spots for conversation and space for "spreading out". The convenience (wide doors and no steps) of a first floor rock inspired bedroom complement the privacy of the well appointed master suite and attached bath on the 2nd floor; the 3rd comfortable suite rounds out the 2nd floor making this layout ideal for families or groups. Work spaces abound with no less than four different work areas, one has direct ethernet access while another boast an extra swivel mounted monitor for your remote working needs— it isn’t even has nice art and decor in the background. Blazing internet and WiFi will be a hit with your devices, kids, Zoom meetings with at least two workspaces and one with Ethernet connection. Guest access Parking ease with three private spots in the rear and free off-street parking in the front provide for easy logisitics with your vehicles. Lyft and Uber availability in this area is plentiful with public transportation spots within walking distance. 15 minutes to of from IND International Airport. This walkable community of Bates-Hendricks provides for convenient food choices, late night carryout options, local eateries and pubs. Other things to note Doggos will enjoy the fenced rear yard. Toss the ball to Rover from the back deck while you grill on the charcoal or the gas BBQ setup then commiserate over bourbon as you guard off the night's chill with the propane powered fire pit and the propane powered patio heater. The seating area provides for outdoor activities. Being this close to the stadium in downtown create a trade-off as the area is busy and the house is street side. There will be some street noise. Just a note for clarity, “pet friendly” does not mean that there’s no pet fee, there is. A notation of the maximum capacity or “sleeps 8” does not mean that there aren’t additional guest fees as offering a property for 1-2 guests vs more has different cost/market factors to consider. We live in the city and hear road noise all the time but this was outrageous. Maybe because the bones of this old home isn't insulated enough, especially upstairs.Fourth, you'd think the towels they would supply for this VRBO would kinda be newer, but they were paper thin with bleached out areas throughout the towels, and noticeably very old.Fifth, when using flatware, glasses and dishes, many had grime on them, but they have a dishwasher, so that didn't make sense.Sixth, Like the three little bears story, we tried every bed in the house in our three night stay that ended up only two nights, due to the sleep feel. Downstairs bed was the closest to comfortable but still rough. If you like a harder bed then this is the place for you.Beautiful pictures with large rooms and bathrooms....but still needs better attention, including the parking area and fence line with the non-closing broken gate for pets. ##### Tony M. It's in a convenient location, the host is accommodating, and the house is well equipped. The little fenced yard is perfect for our dogs. ##### Jennifer S. Able to walk to Lukas vs. Driving & paying to park. 1mile easy walk. Unfortunately the neighbors crabapple tree made a daily mess on back porch, had to keep porch umbrella up to keep from being beemed by an apple, but that's fall season. There are 3 renovated bathrooms, 1 of them downstairs. There is also a nicely renovated kitchen. There is a backyard with a firepit which we did not have occasion to use. So, the space was great, and you can walk to the football stadium or easily Uber/Lyft to wherever you need to go. Reasonable distance from the airport. One thing to be aware of is that the house is on a busy street and there are traffic noises all night, as well as some loud music and voices from the convenience/gas station next door. This did not bother me but was a sleep-interrupter for some of our party. Our host was very responsive. Our only disappointment was with the Vrbo app. We received instructions from Vrbo 3 or 4 days out, and they said we would receive the house access code on the day of arrival. By the 4pm check-in time we had not received the code and could not reach the host through the app. The app said no reservation or trip was found, and accessing the host was blocked. My son found a way to work around this by contacting the host as if my son were a potential future renter, and that's how we reached the host for the access code! We connected outside the platform via text messages from there. The host was also having trouble with the app! So this could have been a disaster, and it was certainly frustrating and anxiety-provoking. We would stay again, but Vrbo needs to resolve their issues! GO COLTS! ##### Mary H.
