Wonderful hotel. We had an issue with the television in our room and they offered to move us immediately. We declined because we weren’t going to be in the room very much but the fact that they responded so quickly was very much appreciated. Staff was very friendly. Very clean hotel. Great weekend getaway

Customer service at this location is top notch! The staff were all so nice and helpful! Had a late check in during their shift change and they were both very nice and they apologized for the wait (it was literally like maybe 3 minutes) which was not a problem at all but did appreciate the communication about what was going on. All the staff we encountered the entire weekend were all very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good and fresh and the worker kept it nice and clean and well stocked. The pool is small but was a good temp so that made the weekend even more enjoyable. There is a patio right outside the pool for smoking so we could step out and still keep an eye on our child (she is a good swimmer and old enough to be in the water for a few minutes without us being right there). The location is nice. It was peaceful at night with the windows open (as long as the sound of traffic doesn't bother you). It's close to several restaurants and shopping. It's not far from downtown and is right by a main highway so easy to get around the city. We will definitely be staying again!
