We had a wonderful Stay. The prémisses were nice by the sea! We loved that seal that poked at us while in the spa. The spa could use some repairs but it was perfect to meet our needs!

The sea view in the morning was amazing. The owners are very kind and helpful. The cottage was clean and cozy. We can get food and souvenirs in good quality from the mini store near the hotel.

Best location. Good services from the host ( although a liitle misunderstanding when check-in time ). Clean rooms with complete amenities. Fast and free wi-fi. Beautiful view, directly to the beach. Kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dining room, are well organized. Recommended for families. Will come back again, if explore this area.

Beautifull place in beautiful location with great owners....what else can you wish for. The location is perfect (waterfront), right on the Cabot Trail and short drive to the southern Cape Breton if you wish to visit Sydney. Thank You - Highly Recommended :)

We received an upgraded accommodation upon arrival. The jacuzzi tub was an amazing surprise. Very sweet little apartment with a thoughtfully decorated nautical theme. Was cool watching the lobster boats doing their thing in the mornings.

A Little Slice of Paradise

We enjoyed our time in this property which had a view of the ocean from the balcony. The house was clean and well provisioned with all that we needed. The hostess couldn't have been more helpful and attentive to anything that we might need. We didn't stay "home" very much because we were out seeing the sights.

The studio apartment was well maintained, spacious and clean with the most adorable seaside decor. Good air flow. Enjoyed the indoor jaccuzi hot tub at the end of the day. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The 180 degree view to the east of the Atlantic ocean from the back veranda was stunning! I enjoyed sitting on the comfy our door furniture having coffee. Host and owner Lonnie was very welcoming and answered all my questions from the booking to check! Highly recommend Sea Ocean Parrot View Resort.

I thought the room was decent sized and had a few plates, glasses etc that you need. It was okay, but we could hear the people above us walking around quite a lot, the wifi was just as bad as trying to find cell phone reception, and a lot of the wood around the hot tubs, decks etc need to be replaced as everything is quite weathered.

The location is breathtaking, right on the ocean. We shared the large hot tub with our friends. The accommodation was large and had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and nice to talk to. Due to the previous weather the beach was inaccessible due to the stairs being washed away. Breakfast is no longer an option at this location but we were provided with coupons for a couple of restaurants in the area, both were excellent, The Clucking Hen, especially.

Ms Lonnie had the cottage stocked and ready for us when we arrived. She walked us to the cottage, explained how to utilize the many available amenities and make ourselves at home. She reminded us to ask her if there was anything we needed during our stay. She provided us with a map detailing all the important areas we needed to visit. She was pleasant, and greeted us always with a smile. She made us feel quite at home as she came around and visited with us and gave us lots of information about the area. She is quite the host and takes pride in providing the most for her guests. She wants u to see all the important and beautiful spots in Cape Breton. She was very helpful in giving us ladies the dos and the don’ts of the territory. I would definitely stay and spend time with her again if ever in the area. She provides a beautiful experience on the Cape Breton trail! It was a pleasure to get to meet her and become acquainted. I now have a friend on the Camp Breton Trail.

The owners are great. The property is beautiful with many choices of accommodations. There are two hot tubs, both with great views. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. We definitely recommend this place!! And we will return.
