the studio apartment is located in an elegant residential complex with a private pool of 25 meters and a private garage a few steps from the sea. Immediately outside the gate there is a well-equipped simply market and a bar. With the underpass you can immediately reach the sea without having to cross the Aurelia. The apartment is a very bright studio apartment exposed to the afternoon sun, very quiet because it faces the back and is at the end of a dead end street. In the hall there is a small closet and on the left is the bathroom which is small but functional. In the anteroom there are the boiler and the washing machine. In the living room, separated by a double door, there are two single sofa beds and a sofa bed, a nice table for 6 with its 4 chairs, a piece of furniture and a well-equipped kitchenette complete with dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery and pots for cooking. The gas stove has 4 burners. The large balcony, shaded by a large awning that can be adjusted manually, has a table with chairs where you can eat and enjoy the afternoon sun. The private garage has an external remote control and a closed door to leave the car and enjoy a nice walking holiday. It is the ideal refuge for a couple of people, at most with a small child. I recommend a visit to Imperia, a wonderful Ligurian village still not very touristy, fortunately, and with many beautiful villages scattered on the hills to discover where you can eat very well
