Location was perfect. Hotel is a bit old but rooms are clean and comfortable. Infinity pool has a nice ambiance/view. Food was delicious and staff were friendly. Towels were just a bit worn out, though. Overall hotel is very good and highly recommended.

Good location downtown

Close to SM Delgado, Museo Iloilo etc. Room was a bit small but ok. Never got the tv to work properly and had a problem with the wash basin in the bathroom, three people came to take a look at it but nobody fixad it. Good enough breakfsst buffert. Open air pool but under roof so you could not bask in the sun. Would consider staying here again.

We booked this hotel for it's convenience, centrally located for Dinagyang Festival. It's an older hotel that's seen better days. Nicks and tears are showing in bedroom furniture. The safe in bedroom is dead. And there are cockroaches in room, found 4 during our 3 night stay !!

I like the friendly employees but this Hotel needs very soon MAINTENANCE ! All days 1 elevator (out of total 2…) was out of order. We moved to another room because the shower was not working. In the second room the toilet was constantly running and the shower gave only lukewarm water. But the bed was great, also the breakfast and other what we used in the Restaurant

The key card does not work everytime we go out of the hotel.We need to visit the front desk everytime we go to our room to let the key card work.and the television does not work as well. So inconvenient.

Check in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious, mirror had some finger smudges on it. But was quickly cleaned up. The AC functioned was A . Shower was A Internet was a B- The Internet cut in and out. Breakfast was great, enjoyed the selection. They also have a Japanese restaurant down at the lobby level. The food was fresh and amazing. All in all I’ll be returning. It was a great experience. Thank you.
