The property requires some renovations. I like the microwave, the availability of in-unit washer and dryer. The AC, stove top and oven were also in good condition. The furniture is old overall, and requires renovations. Same goes for the bath towels and bedding (they look more grey than white, and probably have been in use for over 10 years).
One major issue that almost broke the deal was the one-spot-parking per unit policy. This property (Grass River) sleeps 6 people, so obviously you are expected to have 2 cars that need to be parked next to the unit. Anakshu, from Blue Mountain Inn reception, was very helpful and tried her best to accommodate our needs.

Check-in was smooth and easy. They had underground parking which was great. When we went to the room it wasnt cleaned. Sink had left over food and the carpet was dirty. I talked to a lady who was in charge i guess, she upgraded our room right away which was nice. Everything was walking distance so it was good to have some drinks and walk back to our hotel. Pool.was nice too. We will definitely come back again.
