It is close to 2 stations and Namba Walk is just outside. Dotonbori and Kuromon Market are easily walkable as well. The room is spacious but I can tell it is quite old but still clean. The amenities on offer are great as well. The staff are really helpful and courteous. The laundry facilities is the biggest I have seen in my travels. They also have lots of dining options at the lower levels of the hotel plus a lounge you can relax at next to reception.
