Was here for just a week and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My French is not the best by any measure but the personnel went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Cannot think of anything that could have been improved. Also, a bonus was to have the King of Portugal staying in the same hotel at the same time as me. Lots of security. Lots of people making sure everyone was safe and protected from the King. A great experience all around."
