We had a long check in process due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to assign a room that is completely different than that we booked. English language is an issue with everyone in Turkey i guess. I had a call with the owner so we get the room we booked. Yet the room was not clean. "

"The parking lot is small, but the staff was helpful. I had to park on a nearby street the first night, but Bursa seems like a safe city. Dinner is a fixed menu of soup, salad, main course, dessert and soft drinks. Everything was delicious, the staff helpful, the restaurant has a view of the city. The breakfast was excellent. A cap is mandatory in the pool, if you don't have your own, you have to buy one for €1."
