They had upgraded me to s suite room, which i thought must be great, but the bedsheets & pillow covers were dirty as hell and when i called housekeeping to clean they brought even dirtier ones and said that this was the cleanest they had. The worst part was the bathroom, the flush was leaking and there were holes in the middle of the bathroom floor, the tiles were broken and ther walls were cracked. The rooms are not exactly luxurious, but keep the charm of the place. Wifi is not always good in the rooms. Breakfast is excellent. Staff was really kind and corteous. We were upgraded to a better room after we threatened to leave. No WiFi was provided in the room as promised. There was only one electrical outlet in the room for charging computers and telephones. Staff are very nice, friendly. Room facilities are excellent. Swimming pool needs maintenance. Restaurant food is very tasty and nice.
