Get away to the Lakefront Huntsville Oasis - a peaceful, mini-resort style property well suited for friends or family vacations! Enjoy a pool and hot tub in the backyard retreat, a lakeside fire pit, two fishing piers, two kayaks, a canoe, and a spacious home full of comfortable beds.  
  
This property is just 8 minutes from Riverside (home of Tallent Sausage & Grocery) and 22 minutes from Bowers Stadium (Sam Houston State) / Downtown Huntsville, Texas!  
  
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The backyard retreat offers a fenced-in pool and hot tub, a pool house with half bathroom, and a covered pergola with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining table with bench seating for 6\. Other outdoor amenities include a lakeside fire pit, two fishing piers, a hammock, two kayaks, and one canoe all available for guest use. The home sits on .8 acres of waterfront property and offers plenty of yard to enjoy!  
  
A screened-in porch off of the living room offers incredible views of the lake, fire pit, and wildlife around the property (birds, cranes, ducks, deer, squirrels, etc.). Curl up on the comfortable patio set and enjoy the sounds of nature.  
  
MAIN HOUSE: The main 3BR/2BA house offers a spacious open floor plan. Large windows and a sliding glass door allow light to come in through the screened-in porch located just off of the living room. Cozy up on either of the two comfortable couches to enjoy a good book or a game on the flat screen smart TV. Home chefs and entertainers will enjoy staying close to the action in the fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space, appliances, dishes, utensils, grilling supplies, and cooking basics (spices, flour, sugar, oils, etc.).  
  
Down the hallway, you'll find a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large bath tub. Across the hall is guest bedroom one, the Sunrise Room, with a Queen size bed. The next room over, the Bluebonnet Bunk Room, is fitted with two Twin over Full size bunk beds and a flat-screen smart TV. Around the corner is the laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use. At the end of the hall is the Sagebrush Suite, the primary bedroom featuring a King size bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath tub, flat screen smart TV, and a wall of large windows with a second sliding glass door leading to the back deck overlooking the fire pit and lake.
