Super close to the beach and so nice that we didn’t have to find parking. The unit is cozy and doesn’t have many windows for daylight but we spent most of our time outside anyways. It was really nice to have 2 beds in the second bedroom so our kids had their own. The unit was very clean. Kitchen was decently stocked and there was a nice basket of snacks for us when we arrived. There are also beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for a great time at the beach. It is close to the beach, the pier, shopping, and restaurants. You can leave your vehicle in the protected onsight parking spot because you will want to walk everywhere...it's that close! The place was clean and had what we needed to make breakfast in lunch for our family. It also has everything you need for a day at the beach including beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, boogie board, and sand toys. The owners were welcoming and easy to work with. It came with all the necessary kitchen appliances, which made cooking and meal prep super convenient. The bathroom was clean and stocked with essential toiletries to get us started.One nice bonus was the shared grill and outdoor entertainment area—it was a great space to relax, eat, and unwind after a day out. Walking distance to anything you need. Super cute and comfy decor. The home had anything you would need. Keurig, filtered water, snacks, pots and pans for cooking. My only hang up with the house was we had 2 vehicles. There was a visitor parking pass provided for on street parking but if you end up on a street cleaning day good luck figuring out the extra vehicle situation.
