My room was antique and did not look like the pictures advertised... very old looking.... also I checked out early, stayed only one night... Stayed on May 11, checked out on the May 12... no refund was issued for the May 12 nor May 13th. Very bad business tactics

Creo que la limpieza esta vez no fue muy buena. Cuando entramos al cuarto encontramos algunas cosas no muy limpias. Cómo en el sofá cama tenía Chips. Aunque después de días hicieron el cambio a uno nuevo.

Everything was great, the only complaint was that they took almost an hour for check in. Maybe it was too full or understaffed? Besides that I love this place!

The property is very safe and it was clean. The property provided everything you need to survive. Full kitchen with everything is needed, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dishwasher. It has a complete living room with a sofa bed & tv with cable service. Also a machine and a dryer. The balcony on the back has a great water view with private docks. There is a shopping center and some restaurants. We had dinner in Brasas D Palma and the food is delicious

Beautiful resort area. Also great location for seeing the east to west on south side of island. We visited San Juan amd thought we made a good choice staying in Humacao.

When I arrived they gave me an apartment that was in terrible conditions. Spoke with management and in two hours they allocate us in an updated apartment. Overall we had a great time after this inconvenience. Staff and administrator were awesome. Easy parking, excellent transportation, walkable distance to the beach and felt safe at all times. My best advice will be to check your room first. It’s a beautiful resort and will definitely visit again.

Everything was great except that their WiFi. Their wifi was down and the staff would say that they were fixing it and never did. Was there for almost a week. So be ready for that if WiFi is something you really need for work or kids… this might not be a place to stay, besides that it was a nice place to stay.

No tengo quejas.
Tuve que quedarme ahí porque tenía unos talleres en la UPR de Humacao y era el único lugar disponible para el tiempo de mi estadía. El lugar estaba muy limpio, la villa tenía dos balcones uno con vista a la bahía con los botes y otra con vista a otros balcones. Tenía su propia lavadora y secadora, cocina, dos baños y tres habitaciones: dos camas twin, una cama Queen y una cama king, contaba con comedor y sala con sofa-cama. Dos piscina excelentes para disfrutar en familia o con amistades.

Nice and peaceful
The place was nice and peaceful. There were a few things that I wasn’t happy and it was accessible to charge my devices in the bedroom also the power went out in the night for about an hr. No breakfast accessible either at the time I checked out. But overall is nice place with great views.

Ricardo and in registration desk area the people were friendly the situation was the Villa no one tells us it has a lot of stairs to get in and out and in the Villa the beds are worst the room need to give maintenance to the closet door of the master room and in the kitchen the knife were not sharpen so they are very dangerous and we will need a cutting board and the salt and sugar souvenirs are old with humidity. The promotion was not satisfied, it did not meet our expectations.
