 Surface area : about 37 m². Ground floor. Orientation : South. Hall with 2 bunk beds, table. Living room with BZ-sofa (140cm), pull-out sofa. Kitchen with coffee machine, oven, oven / microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 2 induction cooking rings. WC. Shower room with hairdryer. Balcony with table. vacuum cleaner, iron. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
