A stunning, renovated 50-square-meter apartment with a large south-facing balcony offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Ideally located, it’s just 25 metres from the chairlift, allowing you to ski right back to the apartment! The apartment is just a short walk from the Marcel Farm green run, which leads directly to the lifts and the ski school. 

Enjoy a spacious entryway with a boot dryer, a bright living area with an open kitchen, and panoramic views. 

The master bedroom features a double bed (160), and the loft area has two double beds (140), one of which is on a mezzanine. 

The toilet is separate from the bathroom. 



You’ll find 4 large double comforters for optimal comfort, and a TV with a DVD player in the loft area. 

Although Wi-Fi is not available, 4G and 5G provide excellent connectivity.

A ski boot dryer and a towel dryer are available for your use. 

Blackout curtains ensure peaceful mornings.

The apartment is located in the old quarter of L’Alpe, just a stone’s throw from the movie theatre and shops, and 10 minutes from the ice rink. Parking is available in front of the building, and a large parking lot is a 5-minute walk away if needed. The bus stop for downtown is 50 metres away, and the chairlift is just 25 metres away. A perfect location for a worry-free stay!
