"The host was accomdating. The condo could be better. I feel like if I owned it I would keep it up better. Rusted heat vent in the bathroom, dirty fans, handle broken on microwave, door very hard to open and shut. The worst thing was not knowing that there is no beach even at low tide. That would be good to show in pics or at least explain so people who don't normally stay that far down the island can make and informed decision."

"The price and location are great. My complaints are really about the front desk staff: -went to go and ask for towels and the towels were being laundered. Not too sure why there isn’t a surplus especially if we only had 2 towels and this was on day 2 or 3. I was handed damp bath towels in a pile and the other items were folded. Sort of weird, but I went with it. -I know they mentioned at check in that the room is cleaned every 3 or 4 days and our room was never touched during our 5 night stay. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. -on the last night there was a beeping coming from the lobby area and our room was on the first floor. I called down to the front desk to see what the sound was because we could hear it over our fan and tv. I was told that it was a communication error with the elevator and the employee said she didn’t know how to turn it off. I asked if she could call the manager or the general manager so they could tell her how to turn it off and she said no. The beeping eventually stopped around 10:30pm. The hospitable skills are lacking."

"Was a very young lady at the desk. She helped checking us in. That was fast. The room was very nice. They updated the bathroom. Very nice. Could use some new furniture. Everyone we came in contact was very helpful and went out of our way to fix anything we asked. That was the TV. They came right away to help. Very nice ladies that came and straightened it out for us. The room was clean and all was good. The breakfast was ok nothing special. Going there to stay the next time. Tks to all staff."
