Grand Tuscany Hotel
Room smelt like fee. It was very disturbing. Stains on the sheets, glad I always bring my own. The building itself is nice but it needs a lot of improvement

The hotel is good it just needs a lot of touch up and I'm great some of the TVs like I said no hot water breakfast is always good staff members are excellent and the cleaning staff are very friendly.

Hyatt Regency Houston West
The room was dirty. The shower did not drain, so you were standing in a dirty tub of water while bathing. Carpet was disgusting. The bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet. Complained about all of these issues and they were never resolved during my stay
