The home was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there. I do agree with other reviewers about the area. However, it does seem to be up and coming and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was very kind and on top of everything.

Mirella was a friendly host! The five of us that stayed in this lovely home were quite pleased with the decor and comfort. The home contained all the necessities needed to move in and relax. I also found the upstairs area very suitable for setting up my laptop to complete some unexpected work. The neighborhood is experiencing a revitalization and neighbours were quite. We would stay again for sure!

The property was awesome. everything was cleaned and a perfect condition. I would like to see more dishes in the kitchen though. (storage items), toaster, etc.

Very responsive and helpful owner! The property was packed with amenities, everything was spotless and all cutlery and utensils were labeled to make navigating the kitchen a breeze. Commute downtown wasn’t bad at all and a family dollar was right around the corner for last minute supplies. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The home is beautiful and the host communication was 5 stars. Prompt, clear, and kind. Excellent proximity to Houston airport. Several good door dash options nearby.

The house was beautiful & very clean. Kitchen has basics - plates for 5 people, a few pieces of silverware & basic cooking utensils. There was no toaster but the oven worked fine as a substitute. The neighborhood is a little rough but we had no issues & would rent this house again if we were in the area.

Listing states it sleeps 8. There are enough beds for 6. When we contacted host, she explained that the king bed in the master sleeps 3 and the couch in the LR (which was not a pullout) slept one. This is awkward at best for 4 couples. There were no sets of 8 of anything in the kitchen-5 dinner plates, 4-5 small bread plates, 4 tumblers, and 4 wine glasses. I would not recommend booking for a group. As mentioned in other reviews, the neighborhood is…under redevelopment…which didn’t bother us once we saw how the house was set up. There is a one car garage to pull into—but again, if you have more then one car in your group, this might not be the place for you to book.

Excellent Stay

First, Mirella was excellent to work with. Very helpful and gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to go. The house is new and was in excellent condition. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a very spacious kitchen. The fenced in back yard was an extra bonus to sit and enjoy the sun. There are a lot of new homes being built in the neighborhood. We felt very safe and walked freely around the neighborhood. The location was great - close enough to the city but yet not in the mix of all the downtown traffic. We had a great stay and are hoping to come back soon. Thank you Mirella.

This area was very sketchy to the point where our group didn’t want to stay but it was Non-Refundable so the only saving grace was the garage that we were able to pull in with all of our luggage on top. The other downside was that the front door didn’t have a deadbolt or another more secure lock on it so we felt we needed to put a chair against the door just in case. The other thing was that it was very nicely decorated but a lot of scuffs on the paint and a bit cheaply redone throughout. Also at night it’s along a main road so any heavy duty truck going by shakes the entire house and you hear banging of shipping containers consistently from down the road. I don’t want to bash too much because I felt the price for all 7 of us for 1 night was fair, just wish the location made you feel more comfortable.
