We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.  
  
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.  
  
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.  
  
Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

The home is cozy and accurately described on the site. It was very clean and smelled amazing, very well maintained!! Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay! Property description is accurate and communication with the property manager was easy and response time was a quick. Would definitely stay again.

#### Beautiful home

Great stay and beautiful home. Very clean and having the pool was great! Could have used more towels, but that wasn’t huge deal since we had washer and dryer. Only other negative was the plants in the home are toxic to pets, so we had to move them out of living room and kitchen during the stay. Glad I looked them up! We would definitely stay here again if needed.

#### Relaxing and peaceful staycation

Loved everything about this house! The pool was our main focal point. We spent everyday in the beautiful backyard, soaking in the rays and the beautiful foliage. The kitchen was amazing for home cooked meals. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The host was just a call or message away if we needed anything and responded right away. I would highly recommend this home.

We were very impressed with the property. It was very luxurious. Everything that we needed was there for us. It was just as advertised. The property was private, clean, and quiet; everything we wanted. We even met one of the neighbors. He was very pleasant. We plan on returning at some point.

We were able to stay at this home on a very last minute emergency type of situation. We are very grateful that our host was able to squeeze us in. The home is comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the pool. I would recommend some grab bars and slick resistant coating in the master shower. It was very slippery. Kitchen was lovely and we made many family meals. Thanks again for accommodating our family!

#### Lovely family home in a nice neighborhood.

This is a beautiful home in an older residential neighborhood, where all the homes appear to be well cared for. The "rustic" in the listing title refers to the high-polished concrete floors, exposed wood beams. But otherwise the property is quite contemporary, with modern appliances, clean lines, but not overly minimalist. The outdoor patio is beautiful with the pool and the wonderful back garden. It was a bit too cool to swim when we were there. The bed was comfy, roomy master shower, well-equipped kitchen. Communication with the property manager during our stay was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

#### Just like home!

We were in town for work and very happy to end each day in this home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with everything we needed, just like home. Very nice to stay somewhere where that is fully stocked with everything we needed. As well as the house being clean and very comformable, the yard and pool are also very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!
