The first floor features two interconnected queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom, offering a comfortable setup for families or groups traveling together.

You'll also have convenient access to the garage from this level.



SECOND FLOOR

The heart of the home is a bright, open-concept living space with soaring ceilings and plenty of room for everyone to gather.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped Monogram chef's kitchen, start your morning at the Nespresso station, enjoy dinner together around the dining table, or settle into the living room for a movie on the 75" Smart TV.

A dedicated workspace and balcony make this level equally comfortable for relaxing or working remotely.



THIRD FLOOR

Retreat upstairs to the spacious king primary suite, complete with a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom.

This floor also includes an additional queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, laundry facilities, and access to the fitness/yoga area.

Head upstairs to one of our favorite parts of the home — your private rooftop retreat.

Four-story home: This is a multi-level property with several flights of stairs and no elevator. Please consider this before booking if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.



Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests at any time, in accordance with local requirements. Only registered guests are permitted at the property.



No parties or events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.



No smoking: This is a smoke-free property. A $300 smoking penalty will apply per violation.



Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11 PM–7 AM.



Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $250 fee per pet. More than 2 pets require prior approval. Please include all pets on your reservation and let us know in advance.



Security cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras inside the home.



By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the property's house rules and rental requirements.
