Quiet and clean, with the nicest staff at the front desk. The room had good space, with a desk, a comfy couch and a full kitchen, including a dishwasher. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in with a small fee, I really appreciated having that option. It’s in Chinatown and there is good food within walking distance. Would stay here again!

The front desk for 5 minutes was not available, but did get us checked in smoothly. The room was spacious and clean with small kitchen area. It included a Roku TV. The bathroom has sink outside of the toilet and shower area (no bathtub) The cleanliness in the shower area concerned me due the rust in the shower. The hotel is very quiet.

Everything was great from check in, the room was clean and even had a towel goose on the bed with a bow on the paper towel roll, every thing was well thought out. Staff was amazing and super nice. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in town for work.

The staff were all professional and very helpful to meet our needs. I would recommend staying here over the big name hotels, any day! The room was clean, great kitchen and included all you need to cook a light meal...even pot/pan/plates/glasses/amd flatware! Everything was clean amd maintained. It was a bonus to do laundry on site and not return with dirty clothes. 10/10 recommend and will book with them on my next trip tp Houston!

Don’t stay here. The double tree down the street is the better option (My friend stayed there.) Space was hardly clean, no cleaning services for the nights we stayed, shower head was clogged with guck so the water pressure sucks, no new towels, rags nothing. The only thing they care about is if you check out on time.

The stay was okay; however, the first room provided had significant issues with humidity and cleanliness. They moved us to another room that was better in terms of structure and appearance; however, it was not well cleaned. Every time we walked in, a ball of hair came from the rug. However, the service was very good.
