This listing is for Unit B of a two story duplex with its own private entrance. Nestled perfectly in one of Houston\`s bustling neighborhoods, you will find tons of attractions at your doorstep. Within walking distance from countless bars, restaurants, stadiums, and downtown activities. Newly renovated, super modern space with luxury finishes that will not disappoint! The O\`Four is a newly remodeled duplex with two apartments. This listing is the upstairs unit. It is designed for modern enthusiast, who enjoy a cozy home away from home who love indoor and outdoor amenities. This unit offers 2 private terraces! More Details include: High speed internet, TV, Netflix. Also laundry and a full kitchen equipped with all cooking basics. Sleeping arrangements 1 King bed ( Sleeps 2) 1 Queen bed (Sleeps 2) 1 large couch (Sleeps 1 if necessary) Air mattress (upon request) Pillows and sheets provided Parking: 1 car allowed inside driveway \*additional street parking in front of home Key Rules: \*NO SMOKING \*NO UNAUTHORIZED GATHERINGS \*Guest Access information and instructions will be given upon check in \*Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. The early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 4pm check-in time. \*Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40. Late check-out is only applicable if requested. If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80. This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit. \-Exceed O.K. strives to cultivate a luxury experience for our guests that is also ecofriendly. We encourage guests to make themselves at home, but with that comes normal wear on the space and furnishings. If you see anything outside the realm of common scuff marks, a light stain or similar during your initial walk through, please document and forward it to us. We ask that our guests be mindful of towel suggestions (placed in the bathrooms) to help us provide a clean and sustainable environment.
