Texas is home to many bugs and creatures, especially during summer, that may enter homes, such as roaches, flies, or ants. Finding a few of these critters in your home does not necessarily mean there is an infestation, as they are likely just seeking shelter from extreme temperatures. We do consistent pest control every 2 weeks for preventative measures. \========================================================== \*\*\* As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection. \*\*\* \*\*\* Remote \*\*\* \- In case physical remote is not available/not working, you have to download a Universal Remote app (Roku, Vizio etc.) thru the App Store or Play Store. \*\*\* The HVAC filter location is off-limits to all guests.
