Our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit laundry. Enjoy resort-style perks like a sparkling pool with cabanas, a yoga studio, and outdoor firepits.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

This apartment/condo was so beautifully decorated and modern with all the amenities. The host manager reached out a couple hours before to introduce. If you follow all the directions you should have a seamless entry to the property. Once in, it’s so easy and a perfect location to everything. Grounds are gorgeous. The property and area feels so safe. Highly recommend.
